I was honored to illustrate this piece for a Washington Post article on the different ways people celebrated lunar new year during the pandemic.

This piece took on a deeply personal meaning as my grandma passed away recently. I turned this piece into a tribute to her, as it features her, myself, and my sister making a feast together — the feast I'd hoped to have with her one day after the pandemic.
